Only thing I say is if ur dependent on wifi on a laptop or gaming system ask for a room close to the lobby. But the 3 women who work here are amazing and helpful. Rooms are clean. super nice for a super 8. See what I did there?
Love this place. Close to everything. Comfortable beds, awesome water pressure, very professional staff!!! All that at a reasonable price!! The pool was closed, but I'm from the mountains and the coolest it was there was 97, so I didn't want to go swimming anyways. I appreciated also that restaurants were within walking distance too!!!
The family came together at a difficult time of a family member passing. My wife came six days in advance and the rest of the family arrived for the funeral. The staff were incredibly kind, thoughtful, efficient and caring. Veda Kay and Brenda at the front desk did everything possible to insure our needs were met. Right off the highway for a quick overnight stay. Staff very nice. Not really a breakfast. More like coffee muffin, cold cereal. Room was basically clean and quite. They had a pull down room darkening shade instead of curtains. That was the best! Certainly would stay again.
Right off interstate. KFC across the street. Room was bright, clean, not the usual musty smelling hotel, parking right in front of the room. Didn't have to drag bars all over. Very pleasant experience
I was pleased with the appearance and cleanliness of the room aside from the fact that it could have used a good mopping and the shower head needs to be cleaned because it's a little mildewy. Could not connect to Wi-Fi unless I was within 10 ft of the office. Definitely need to add some extenders or remove Wi-Fi from the advertisement. Ice machine needs servicing. Aside from that; very happy with the staff and amenities. I live in Ringgold and may just rent this again just to get a break away from the rv. Very satisfied.
Very very clean. Reasonable price. Friendly and helpful desk clerk. ***stayed again last 7/19/24 Friday night. Room was immaculately clean. One of the cleanest hotel rooms I've stayed in along 75. Bridget was so friendly. I called an hour away and she had our room ready. Best room for the value. Most other hotels have horrible reviews and cost too much to sleep a few hours driving south to north or north to south. The hotel is so reasonable and clean. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Will stay again....
Very clean rooms. Nice comfortable bed. Fridge,microwave,coffee maker and hair dryer in room. Breakfast from 6 to 9 as well. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. It was a bit of a bummer the pool was closed, but other than that no complaints. Lights on bedside have tons of plugs and charger ports. Very quiet rooms considering its location. We will definitely stay again.
